non supply of wheat quota to balika anathalaya..since last 8 months..

ear editor,
pl. focus on this exclusive story about non supply of wheat/ shugar to
balika anath ashram's.... in aurangabad, maharashtra, india. on one
side lakhs of tonn wheat grains  are spoiled due to no safe place/ no
proper godowns for store as per govt., but on the other hand childrens
of anath balika ashrams not getting quota since from last 8 months....
very worst position in system of govt.. there is no coordination
between district supply officer & women & child devlopment officer of
district...only tolva tolvi... from here & there...
i have got one complaint from vidyadeep anath balika ashram.. & after
my  efforts  today that ashram get quota of wheat.,  during non supply
of quota we arrange for some doners in charity for supply wheat &
other ....why mentality not improve  even after 6th pay given by govt.
to govt, employees....if system is not improve then.. n0 use.....we
send fax, mails to child commission, new delhi also for give
directions in this matter,  even after supreme courts order  there is
no change...why?
acctually , balika ashram demanding on bpl rate.. rs. 4.65 per kg. but
.. even after
d.s.o & all concern told quota not come...how.?
in this context, in aurangabad & maharashtra bal kalyan samitees
vaccant posts of members not fill up...( child welfare commitees)
